It is an alternative to burial for the after life care of your pet. Your pet is placed in a cremation chamber where they are reduced down to bone by intense heat.

A private cremation is where your animal is placed in the chamber by themselves and the ashes returned to you.
A general cremation is where your pet is placed communally with others, ashes are not returned but spread upon a beautiful hill in a field on our homestead.

It is not something to worry over if your pet passes at home. We offer at home pick ups and can make arrangements for a location for pickup.

Your pet will typically be returned no later than a week. If a custom urn is requested this can lengthen the return date.

West of the Fifth Pet Cremations is family owned and operated by myself, Erin, as well as my husband, Randy. We are the only two ever handling your pet. We take every necessary step to track the furry family members that are in our care.
